Clouds lift over the Roadless Rule

On Friday, October 21st, the 10th Circuit panel unanimously reinstated the Roadless Rule in all states not already covered by the 9th Circuit’s ruling, (except for Idaho which has a separate provision). The Roadless Rule is now clearly the Law of the Land.
